Leadership Roundtables

Curated rooms designed for senior decision-makers to do the work the public programme makes possible.

Closed-Door Convenings: The working layer of Europe Energy Week

The most consequential conversations in European energy do not happen on a public stage. As geopolitical instability, market fragmentation and rising demand reshape the European energy system, the value of a trusted setting for candid exchange and strategic alignment has never been greater. The Leadership Roundtables are built to convene it.

The Leadership Roundtables run across three formats - Policy and Ministerial Convenings, Closed-Door Dialogues and Energy-Industry Connectors. Every room is closed-door and curated, convenes board-level principals, chief executives and senior decision-makers from across the European energy value chain - operators, investors, industry, infrastructure and policymakers - and produces a defined output that travels with delegates back to their boards, ministries and balance sheets: a working position, a peer consensus, or a set of structured introductions.

Policy And Ministerial

POLICY AND MINISTERIAL CONVENINGS

Where European policy and industry strategy meet. Built around the people whose mandates determine what gets legislated, funded, and built; pairing the European Commission and member-state ministers with the senior industry leaders shaping the same decisions.

Closed Door Dialogues

CLOSED-DOOR DIALOGUES

The peer rooms where senior practitioners across European energy actually speak to each other. Senior peers, same function or same topic, in rooms together for the conversations that only happen when nobody is selling, presenting, or attending in a junior capacity.

Energy Industry Connector

ENERGY-INDUSTRY CONNECTORS

The transactional layer of Europe Energy Week. Three structured deal-flow rooms, each matching a defined buyer-side and sell-side around an active transaction category, with curated introductions and follow-on meeting infrastructure built into the week.

How the Leadership Roundtables Work

Leadership Roundtables V2

Independently moderated, keeping the exchange candid, structured and balanced across the table.

Active Participants

Capped at thirty senior participants, by invitation only, admitted on commercial seniority and the relevance of their portfolio to the question.

Chatham House Rule

Held under the Chatham House Rule, producing an unattributable working note—prepared under Europe Energy Week's editorial governance and circulated to participants and senior partners.
